XCloak PHP Integration: 5-Minute No-Code Hosting Setup

Updated: 01.11.2026 · 5 min read · 4 views

Introduction

PHP integration is the simplest and most reliable way to protect your website. All filtering occurs at the moment a user accesses your site: the XCloak cloud filtering service instantly determines the visitor type and displays a safe page (White Page) to bots or moderators, and your offer (Offer Page) to target clients.

You do not need programming or server administration skills to set it up. All steps are performed through the convenient XCloak dashboard interface and your hosting provider's standard file manager.

Step 1. Creating and Configuring a Flow in XCloak

Go to Flows -> Create Flow (/flows/create) in the XCloak dashboard and follow the 4 simple wizard steps:

1. General & Offers

  • Flow Name: Enter a clear name for your flow.
  • White Page (For bots and moderators): Specify a link to a safe website or select a local file upload (site.html). Choose a display mode: Fetch (curl) (loads content without changing the URL), Redirect, or iFrame.
  • Offer Page (For target clients): Specify the link to your landing/offer page. Also select your preferred display mode.

2. Targeting

  • Specify Allowed Countries from which you plan to receive target traffic.
  • Select allowed device types (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet) and operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS).

3. Filters & Protection

  • Enable the Black IP Filter (block_bot) to block ad moderators, bots, spy services, and hosting IP addresses.
  • Enable the VPN / Proxy Filter (block_vpn) to cut off non-target users using commercial VPNs, Tor, and proxies.
  • If necessary, activate No ISP Filter and No Referer Filter.
  • Pass clicks before enabling filtering (clicks_before_filter): Specify the number of warmup clicks that are guaranteed to be sent to the White Page during initial campaign review.
  • Check the Preserve GET parameters (UTM, SubID) box so the service automatically passes through all tags (utm_*, fbclid, gclid, sub1..sub5).

4. Launch & Code

  • Select the connection method PHP Integration index.php.
TIP

You can download a ready-to-use ZIP archive directly from the White Pages section in the XCloak dashboard by clicking the With Integration button. The archive already contains the safe page site.html and a fully configured index.php file. You won't have to edit any code manually!

Step 2. Uploading Files to Hosting

After downloading the ZIP archive, you need to deploy it on your hosting (e.g., Beget, cPanel, REG.RU, or any other).

  1. Log in to your hosting control panel.
  2. Open the File Manager.
  3. Go to the root directory of your domain (usually named public_html, httpdocs, or matching your domain name).
  4. Upload the downloaded ZIP archive into this folder.
  5. Extract (unzip) the ZIP archive using the file manager tools.
WARNING

Make sure that the main file in your site's root directory is named exactly index.php. If a default index.html file provided by your hosting exists there, delete or rename it; otherwise, the website may not load correctly.

Step 3. Verifying Traffic Filtering

After uploading the files, you can immediately open and test the site using your domain.

To make sure the system is working correctly:

  1. Go to the XCloak dashboard under Clicks -> Click Inspector.
  2. Open your website link.
  3. A real-time record of your visit will appear in the click inspector with detailed information:
    • Which page the system directed you to (White Page or Offer Page).
    • The reason for the decision (e.g., triggering of the VPN/Proxy, Black IP filter, or passing all checks successfully).
NOTE

Click Inspector allows you to instantly track down the reason why a specific visit was redirected to the safe page.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I need programming skills for installation?

No. The XCloak service generates the ready-to-use index.php file automatically. You only need to download the ZIP archive and extract it in your hosting file manager.

What if there is already an index.html file on the hosting?

If an index.html file exists in the website's root folder, delete or rename it (for example, to site.html), so that XCloak's index.php becomes the primary executable file.

How are UTM parameters and SubIDs passed?

With the Preserve GET parameters option enabled in Step 3 of the setup wizard, XCloak automatically appends all incoming parameters (fbclid, gclid, utm_source, sub1..sub5) to the final offer page link.
